Our product warranty covers your product if has become defective, provided the warranty claim is made within one year of purchase and you have not tampered with, or subjected the hardware to any abuse or damage. We may ask you to perform a few tests before sending it back to us and the warranty replacement is subject to testing and approval by our technicians. We do not offer refunds.
