Your Woolich Account is only enabled once your purchase of an ECU flashing Kit is processed.If you have not purchased a complete Flashing Kit, your account will not be verified or enabled.
If you have not used your account for more than 12 months, the account will auto-disable to protect your account. You can simply
open a Support Ticket, and request it be re-enabled.
If you enter the wrong password 3 times in a row, your account will auto disable to protect your account against unauthorised access. You can simply
open a Support Ticket, and request it be re-enabled. We will do a quick security check before re-enabling.
We do monitor accounts for abuse/hacking, and any account seen abusing the system, or attempting to hack or bypass software functionality will be permanently locked without notice, and you will forfeit any unused keys, and all products will no longer be able to be transferred to a new owner.
