As of 1st July 2021 the EU has implemented changes in the way parcels are imported into the EU.
1. All commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT - including all parcels under € 150.
We have opted not to add VAT at point of sale so any VAT will be collected from the customer along with any other duties and taxes payable on receipt into their country.
2. All import of goods into the EU will require a formal customs declaration along with an electronic copy of their paid invoice. More accurate and detailed information regarding customer's full business name and address or personal contact details along with any VAT or EORI numbers should speed up the process. Please make sure these details are correct when you pay your Paypal invoice.
We are working on a better solution for our EU customers but in the meantime please consider these changes when ordering as there may be delays in your shipment and may incur further charges.
